How do you decide which casinos to include in your rankings?

Every casino we consider must hold a valid Curaçao (CGCB) licence, accept NZD as a native currency, and be legally accessible to New Zealand players. Beyond that, we select casinos that have built enough of a track record for meaningful testing — typically 12+ months of operation. New casinos can earn a place as they build a payout history.

Can I submit a casino for review?

Yes — use the contact form and select "Review question" as the subject. If the casino meets our minimum criteria (licensing, NZD support, accessible to NZ players) we will add it to our testing queue. We do not guarantee timelines but aim to review all suggestions within six months.

How often do you update your rankings?

Core rankings are reviewed quarterly. Individual casino scores are updated when we run new tests, receive substantive player complaints, or when a casino makes a significant change to its payment infrastructure, KYC process, or withdrawal policies. The "updated" date at the top of each page reflects the most recent content review.

Do you accept casino advertising or sponsored content?

No. We accept affiliate commissions from casinos when players click our links and sign up, but we do not accept direct advertising, sponsored posts, or payment for placement in our rankings. All commercial relationships are disclosed in our affiliate disclosure statement on every page.

How do I know your withdrawal testing is genuine?

We document our testing process in detail on our Testing Methodology page, including the specific criteria we measure, how we weight scores, and how we validate results. We also note where player-reported experiences in our monitoring align with or diverge from our own test results.
